I cannot understand why this feature was removed. WooCommerce doesn't properly manage stock increases/reductions on editing an order on the backend when we add/remove products (an old discussion between developers and shop owners).

Any rational why this was removed? In a perfect world (very reachable) we wouldn't need this. Here is the expected behavior of every shop owner on stock changes:
