What is the Fort Worth rodeo tournament?

What time does the Fort Worth Stock Show start?
8 a.m.What are the Stock Show's hours? Unless otherwise posted, Livestock Shows, Horse Shows and other events do not begin before 8 a.m. The grounds are open until 10:30 p.m. Evening rodeo performances end at approximately 10 p.m. The Bud Light Roadhouse will remain open a minimum of one hour after each rodeo performance.

11 a.m.This year's All-Western Parade begins at 11 a.m. Saturday, featuring more than 120 organizations and 2,000 horses. The parade is holding true to its 19th-century tradition of not featuring any motorized vehicles. Parade participants include riding clubs, law enforcement, horse-drawn vehicles, bands and marching groups.
How much does it cost to go to the Fort Worth Stock Show?
General admission for adults are $12, children ages 6-16 are $6, and children 5 and under are free. General admission gives access to all non-ticketed attractions for a day. To purchase daily access to all non-ticketed attractions for the entirety of the show, buy a souvenir pin for $50.

The livestock shows pay – big time
When you hit the Stock Show grounds, the first thing you'll notice is the smell. Then you'll see the hundreds of steers, pigs, sheep and other various livestock who call the Will Rogers complex home each January. And they're not just there for show.
The rodeo doesn't pay too bad either
The Stock Show features three weeks of rodeo action, including a bull riding-only event on Jan. 22 and Jan. 23. But the main draw is the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) competition starting Jan. 25. Last year's event paid out more than $666,000 in winnings, including more than $8,800 to the top bull rider.
Not into livestock? There's music, too
The Coors Light Roadhouse on the Stock Show grounds is featuring a busy schedule of concerts, mostly of the Texas Country variety. Admission to the concerts is free with entry to the Stock Show, except after 9 p.m. on Thursday-Saturday, when a $10 cover charge is added. Here's the full lineup of acts.
New arena almost done
Last year, the big construction project on the grounds of the Will Rogers complex hardly had the makings of a finished arena. This year, the new Dickies Arena will appear nearly done – at least on the outside. The exterior of the 14,000-seat arena is mostly finished, and expected to be open by November.
