Is it a problem to rubbed the inner fender of a tire?

the tire size should be no problem. the only issue you may come to will be possible rubbing of the inner fender by the outside edge of the wheel. this is not so much because of the increase in rim width, as it is because of the offset of the rim. rubbing of the inner fender is not really a major issue, just annoying. and could be resolved with a level/lift kit. if you don't want to lift, but want to avoid the rub, then I would go with a +30 or so offset.

Will 275/65/20 tires rub?

will they fit? yes. will they rub? also yes. try going with a 275/65/20. it is aprox 34x11, and should fit without the spacers. with the wider tires, spacers will cause rubbing the inner fender, and no spacers will cause rubbing the uca. assuming you are using factory 20" wheels which are 20x8 +60. you can go with an aftermarket 20x9 +30 and run the same 275/65/20 tires. but the 35x12.50 will rub. like I said, the spacer will probably stop you from rubbing on the uca, but some trimming of the inner fenders may be required to prevent rubbing there.
