How much valve lift on a cam lobe?

The cam lobe lift is Int.-.358 & Exh.-.371 which with 1.5 to 1 rockers = Int.-.537 & Exh.- .557 of valve lift. I'm not only worried about valve to piston clearance and spring bind but keeper to valve guide clearance as well. Thanks.... CHEERS, from Verdigris, OK.
