I enjoyed my time at Burlington Store, I stayed for a year. The co workers were diverse and friendly and we worked well together. The most enjoyable part was working with interesting people and the pot lucks. The least enjoyable part was getting assigned tasks that was out of your job description that you suddenly had to do.

easy to get a job at
receiving is ok there but you work very close to people which is bad for covid. The management is terrable everything is about the floor people and cashiers. People do not get in trouble for not working if you are a favorite. Can not get time off and judge if you need time off.

the pay is terrible so is the manager they were careless and rude. i got fired because i wasn’t feeling well and their management was terrible. they made me look like i know how to do it when i dont know anything.
Fast paced and Easy
It was a great experience to work at Burlington Coat factory. I was very nervous starting my 1st retail job but all the managers, supervisors and shift leads were friendly and understanding. My co workers made it very comfortable for me to fit in and understand my role as a stock associate.
