the bakery will empty out you can have your sim bake the goodies and stock the display cabinet yourself when the sim bakes the first plate of goodies they will put the plate down you then go into buy mode and grab the plate and put the plate of goodies in the display cabinet manually I think that works if you own the venue...if you don't own the venue then the displays empty out
