Place rubber o rings on the washers themselves. Instantly creates a deadening factor on the bar and acts almost like a lock washer to keep them from coming loose. Next, the smaller torx screws that hold the actual speakers in the sound bar also like to loosen themselves.

The lights do come on when you push the buttons, just not when you adjust the stalk or open the doors. Trying to find a needle in a haystack!
