How to make ATP stock solution?
Preparation of 500 mM ATP stock solutionWeigh 551.1 mg of ATP (Manhydrous basis = 551.1 g·mol-1).Add 1.2 mL H2O.Neutralize with 5 M KOH (approx. ... Check pH and adjust to pH 7 if necessary.Adjust final volume to 2 mL and divide into 0.2 mL portions.Store at -20 °C (-80 °C should be preferred for long-time storage).
Does polyadenylation require ATP?
Polyadenylation is a template-independent step catalyzed by PAP, which uses ATP as its substrate.
What is ATP solution?
Thermo Scientific ATP (adenosine 5'-triphosphate) is an extremely stable nucleotide, and it is supplied as 100 mM aqueous solution titrated to pH 7.3-7.5 with NaOH. This nucleotide is used in different molecular biology applications, and it has greater than 99% purity.
Is ATP stable in water?
ATP is highly soluble in water and is quite stable in solutions between pH 6.8 and 7.4, but is rapidly hydrolysed at extreme pH. Consequently, ATP is best stored as an anhydrous salt. ATP is an unstable molecule in unbuffered water, in which it hydrolyses to ADP and phosphate.
How long is ATP stable at room temperature?
Chen Y reported that ATP solution is not stable at room temperature and the validity period is only 69 days [20]. Wang G found that the longer ATP solution is placed at room temperature, the lower concentration is [21].
What is ATP in stock trading?
An arbitrage trading program (ATP) is designed to automatically take advantage of arbitrage opportunities, based on programmed strategies. Arbitrage opportunities don't usually last long, therefore computers are more efficient at finding the opportunities and quickly exploiting them compared to humans.
What is full form of ATP?
Adenosine triphosphateAdenosine triphosphate / Full nameadenosine triphosphate (ATP), energy-carrying molecule found in the cells of all living things. ATP captures chemical energy obtained from the breakdown of food molecules and releases it to fuel other cellular processes.
At what pH is ATP stable?
ATP is stable in aqueous solutions between pH 6.8 and 7.4, in the absence of catalysts. At more extreme pHs, it rapidly hydrolyses to ADP and phosphate.
Does pH affect ATP?
Low pH increases the acid concentration in the mitochondrial matrix, a condition that normally causes ATP production.
Can ATP be stored for a long time?
ATP is also not as stable as fat, it can get hydrolized in water. This would be a problem for long-term storage of energy.

Standard Curve
For quantifying the amount of ATP amount, a series of ATP standards can be prepared in 100 μL of the same diluent as the samples (Table 1).
Preparation of ATP Detection Cocktail
Thaw ATP Assay Buffer and pipette a desired volume (2.5 mL or 25 mL) into a new container.
Assay Protocol
For suspension cells, transfer 10 µL of the cultured cells (containing 10 3 -10 4 cells) into luminometer plate. Add 100 µL of the Nuclear Releasing Reagent.

The kit does not depend on any cell component, so it should work fine unless your culture media contains luciferase inhibitors. The critical step is to have conditions optimal for the enzyme, so using their Assay buffer is important. I wonder how your readings correspond to the kit calibration?
