I placed an order for a full kitchen (153 items) in-store (Orlando, FL) on 7/10 and coordinated with the Kitchen Planner rep for a delivery on 8/13 (tomorrow). I've not seen any sort of updates on the order since then and now less than 24 hours from the delivery it became clear I needed to start calling.

Hey y’all. There’s so many people expecting IKEA to deliver like Amazon would (on time, quick, and fully). IKEA is def NOT Amazon. They don’t have delivery companies and rely on 3rd party to deliver. Having ordered stuff during covid I’ve found that delivery took a month longer than what I was expecting.
