So basically I got a new gpu and wanted to enable SAM. I go into bios, set resizable bar and 4g decoding, ensure csm disabled, save and exit, and all works fine, SAM is enabled and works (note, all my partitions are gpt).
B550 Vision D-P F13 BIOS Broke Rear USB-C Ports
