Well OnTrac lost my 3070 ti, for a second time now
This is getting pretty ridiculous. On June 11th I "won" the opportunity to purchase a 3070 ti from Newegg's shuffle along with an unwanted motherboard. Sometime shortly after the item arrived at the OnTrac sorting facility for my city, the package was lost.

My friend ordered a bundle with a samsung ssd. And an r7 5800x, he did not get the r75800x and contacted newegg support. After about a month and a couple weeks newegg determined that they cannot give him a refund, or send him a new product. He also contacted support 3 seperate times and they basically just put him on hold.
Why I am leaving Newegg Business
I don't know if anyone from Newegg reads this but I am starting to get very dissatisfied with Newegg's business side, (consumer side seems a ok, in fact I might start buying everything from there (although I know there will be quantity issues cause I need to order hundreds of items at a time, but the small things mayhap)).

I have been trying to buy a new graphics card since the RTX 30 came out, going on numerous times a day checking inventories. One time a card was on stock, added it to cart, but when I went to check it out was no longer available. And then when the shuffle came around being a regular thing I entered almost daily but never was selected.
