I contacted KitchenAid last night because I discovered my bowl lift mixer was missing the adjustment screw/cam that allows adjustment of the bowl. I only discovered this after 10+ years of owning the mixer because my paddles keep chipping. I looked it up online and found out that I can adjust the bowl height to correct this...
ProLine Mixer - Disappeared
Hiya. I had a proline 7qt mixer for about 6 months. It stopped working. Snap boom. Adios. It was covered on warranty so I sent it in and will supposedly get a new one. This was August 2020. June 2021 and still no sign of a new machine. Ive been checking KAs website and theyve been sold out of 7qt prolines for what seems like eternity.
Bowl lift 6.9L Heavy Duty
I just bought a heavy duty 6.9L mixer. When I take the bowl of the handles, the handles themselves rise up. Therefore I have to hold down the handles with one hand. Is this right, or does my machine have a flaw?

Architect Series Coffemaker Hotplate Problems?
