I love the idea of having the bars all stacked up not caring if they get small marks, being able to hear the clink of the metal, but I am reluctant to remove from their packaging or velvet pouches so I am torn between what to do.

Some people might not care but the proper packaging will on average mean you get a better price or sell quicker.

The cast bars come in plastic film but the sticker is on the film not the bar which is a shame

With the silver baird bars i don't think it matters. I kept the plastic film but not on the bars. Never seen it matter in the sales thread. I would keep gold bars in certi cards but.
