The Oura Ring also comes with a small, packable charging station, and a free sample of ring size before the user makes a purchase. Through the app, called 'Oura,' users are able to identify and track their sleep, activities, readiness, as well as a home page for general information about their progress. Oura uses infrared light photoplethysmography (PPG) rather than LED lights in other wearable technology to reach deeper into the body's functions.
