Routines can now change volume without beep

I just found a workaround for changing Echo volume without the annoying confirmation beep. In your routine, don’t use Device Setting to set the volume. Instead, create a Custom command with the text “mute and volume X”, where X is 1-10. The Echo in question will change volume but not make any noise in the process.
