Good healthy stock
This stock was full flavored, not too salty, and did not have alot of artificial additives.
Best Stock I've Every Used
I wanted to try this stock because Cook's Illustrated (America's Test Kitchen) recommended it over all other boxed stocks. I couldn't find it locally, and it was waaay too expensive at Amazon. I found it at Walmart.com, and bought up as many as I could (which was 8). The experts were right, this is the best boxed stock I've ever tasted.
Great Beef Stock but package is (meh)
Rachael Ray Beef Stock is the most flavorful storebought beef stock that I've ever used. I lay in a supply of it every year for the holiday season. It's great for braising and stewing. The only suggestion for improvement that I have relates to packaging. I've never fully trusted the flexible boxes that so many liquid products use.
