BestBuy *appears* to restock every 1.5 to 2.5 weeks. The latest restock came in 1-week + 5-days after the prior. There is no specific day (Friday seems to be the most common, but I've seen Wednesday twice, and even a Monday), nor specific time (I've seen 6:00AM PST, 8:00AM PST, and 2:00PM PST).
