You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. We will not give you a refund or send you a replacement for a defective sketchbook if it has been more than 30 days after your purchase and have been using your illo sketchbook.
What sizes do you sell Illo sketchbooks in?
Currently we are selling illo sketchbooks in the these sizes, 4.5in x 4.5in (illo pocket), 8in x 8in (the original) and 10in X 10in (illo XL). In the future we hope to add to the collection.
Can I get a refund or replacement for a defective sketchbook?
We will not give you a refund or send you a replacement for a defective sketchbook if it has been more than 30 days after your purchase and have been using your illo sketchbook. We cannot know, or assume, how you handle, or maintain your sketchbook and how that may have caused the damage.
