I can't find any news about when or if the VIVE VR SYSTEM will be back in stock. I have a 11 year old boy that has been saving up since last year to get this. He believes it will take another year to save up to get the vive pro and is very upset. Does anyone have any information that the HTC vive system will be available in the future.

I noticed that yesterday, the Vive was listed as in-stock, but today it is listed as out of stock. Was this a glitch? Or did you have some Vive's ready to be shipped and so you listed it as in stock again? I have no idea, but I've been waiting for a good month to buy mine at this point and I am curious as to when they will be back in stock.

Yes for some reason the Microsoft Store is stock ing the Vive Deluxe Audio Strap, but it sold out just as quickly as every other source (probably faster assuming they had less stock than Amazon and HTC.)
Why does my DAS foam padding get wet?
This is something that is actually likely to happen due to sweat if you are in a warm room or are playing an active game. Users have reported that the foam padding will start flaking and rubbing off. Some other users tested this further and intentionally rubbed the lining, then reported that it is just a superficial / cosmetic issue and is not a big deal.

I finally got my hands on a wireless adapter, why did they not include a velcro strap to hold the battery to the back of the HMD?
It really feels like it was meant to be used like this, ( http://imgur.com/a/EVCHtFS) strapping the battery pack to my belt was impractical and akward, as I rarely wear pants while in VR. Nobody wants to chillax with a belt tightened around their waist, so why this insistence on wearing one to play VR?
