Undeliverable packages from Prime Day

Has anyone else experienced not getting some items they bought? This is the first time it happened to me. I bought some dog food and doggy bags and it said it was undeliverable. I was going to pick it up at an amazonhub, a big one in Mission Viejo so I don't think the pick up was ineligible or is it?
