Card Kingdom is unable to pay for cards not received by our Grading Department, even if they appear on the invoice. If a card is not included in your sell order shipment for any reason, we cannot offer cash or store credit for the card. Please make sure that your invoice correctly reflects what is in your sell order.

How long does it take Card Kingdom to verify contents?
After your order arrives in our facility, we will verify its contents and update the status as received within 48 hours. Once the order is marked as received, it will be graded and finalized in 1 to 5 business days.

EDIT - once your buylist order is processed, you can count on a check within 3-5 days like clockwork. Once a check didn't arrive and they were super helpful and concerned and got me a replacement check fairly quickly. And this is for buylists that always have 500+ cards.

How to keep cards from jostling around?
Both do a good job of preventing the cards from jostling around. If you can't fill them, then stuff some folded paper towels to prevent the cards from moving around during transit. Do use Priority Mail and pay for extra insurance if what you're sending in is worth more than $50, as the extra insurance is cheap.
Can you send cards in CK?
You can send them anyway you like, just don't sleeve the individual cards. For your own sake I would just make sure whatever box you use the cards are stable and not shifting around at all - CK uses small packing peanuts to maintain stability and plastic deck cases on their orders, for example.
