You may include images, videos or text that describes your items as long as it is not illegal, infringing third-party rights, or violating our Offensive materials policy. For further information, see our full policy below.
What should I do if my image, video or text is being used by another member?
When you create listings you give eBay and its members permission, through our user agreement, to use your images, videos and product details. Your content may be added to the eBay product catalog, and may be used by other sellers in their eBay listings.
Can I use images or videos that I copied from other websites in my listing or product page?
No, you can't use images images or videos from a manufacturer’s website, even if it is publicly available. Copying content from other websites or internet searches may be considered copyright infringement.

Pre-filling your listing with product details and photos from our catalog is easy. To add details:
Missing products
If you can’t find an item in the catalog, check to make sure your spelling is correct, or try searching with fewer or different words. When you use the product catalog, it’s important to select the right item so you don’t mislead buyers. If the catalog doesn’t have an exact match, you don’t need to use it.
Sharing and using content
The product catalog consists of images and information provided by eBay members and other third parties. To make sure the catalog is accurate and up to date, we may add the photos that sellers upload to their listing to represent a product in our catalog.
