Ah, thanks. It's an open item for the dealer which will either be actual AT tires or a credit for accessories, waiting to hear the final determination. The dealer was really great to work with and I know it's not on them, it's GM...just I shouldn't be the one left holding the bag.

My 2 cents...trade the factory SRA's in on a set of Falken AT3W. I've had these on since October 2017 and I have been impressed. They were fair priced, quiet and perform good in snow.
