A great old 3310-, 750/780 Holley will do you nicely for a STREET motor UNTIL you start making some BIG power!! Then step up to an 830 or whatever it is!!

Another vote for the Q-jet. That's all I run anymore. Got one on all three of my vehicles.

I think you need to figure out how you're going to get the BBC in your car before you worry about what kind of carb you need.
