Death of RDS Session Hosts (as we know it) in 2025?
I'm not sure if I'm somehow the last person to see this, but apparently MS is stopping support for 365 apps on Server 2016/19 in 2025, currently not supporting on Server 2022, with no plans add support in the future. The only other multi-session host that I'm aware of is the W10/11 AVD-based session hosts, which are currently not supported on-prem.
How do you guys prevent clients from purchased unauthorized (and sometimes just ridiculously under-specced) devices? Do you typically put it in your MSAs or is it just strongly encouraged to not do it?
