Webull having major issues today, just lost money as a result

I just placed 2 short orders this morning. They both should have hit right at limit and instead the price went right past it. Any attempt at cancellation then failed. Then the page kept asking me for my unlock code over and over.

I've been in a argument for 3 months with Webull. I've proven without a doubt that they made a mistake. Bank records, screenshots and everything in between.

Why does Webull now show regular hours closing price on the main home page?

It's extremely annoying. After everything closes, including after hours, the price resets to show the regular hours closing price. I've gone through all settings and can't find anyway to change this.

Is Webull having a serious cash problem?
