Good clothes but bad service for credit
I love the clothes from Venus, though there are some sizing issues with a few of the items I purchased. I got their credit card to take advantage of the amenities and specials but they are awful (Comenity). It's too bad because though I loved shopping there I was turned off from Venus because of my experience with their card.

Cheapskates cannot refund shipping
Not happy. Clothing I bought was misrepresented. Totally itchy and I wanted to tear my skin off after a minute of trying it on. Another piece was way too big…not true to sizing. They don’t care. Just looking to get there shipping charges back. Will never ever order again. Terrible policy. Passed this experience on….
Can't leave a review
Can't leave a review on Venus website. Why? Where do all those current reviews come from? I bought pants that had wonderful reviews but when I got the product, it was not at all like the reviews. It was like very cheap pajamas.
Great Quality and Fun Styles for Women
Venus fashions ease the transitions of aging. As I've reached a point in which a good portion of my wardrobe now feels "too young" for me, I've begun appreciating venus even more. I've shopped at Venus a couple of times in my twenties, and loved the quality and feel of the clothes.
BAD REVIEWS, WON'T ORDER AGAIN!!
Merchandise was quality but after these reviews I will probably NOT order again. Not being able to return items free or at all is not good w/ me.

I know that years ago, my best friend had a catalog at her house and she ordered bathing suits from there. I forgot all about Venus, until living at my current residence. A catalog from my neighbor's subscription was accidentally put in my mailbox, so I ordered a dress to wear at my son's wedding this last June. Loved the quality of the product.
