CPU water blocks made with bare and nickel-plated copper, nickel-plated steel, acetal and acrylic. While most water blocks have bases made from copper (raw or nickel plated), there are aluminum water blocks available for purchase.

Which is better copper or nickel?

Copper just oxidizes quickly, which does not hurt performance... just doesn't look as good. Nickel does tarnish but it takes longer. Tarnish can be cleaned off with a weak acid or a tarnish remover cloth for either block.

Where does EKWB ship from?

We ship our products from Slovenia, where EK HQ and warehouse are located. You can find more information about us here. The only exceptions are our EK-Fluid Gaming PCs, which are shipped from the US and are only available to our US customers at the moment.
