Stage 1 & Stage 1.5 Injectors (160/0 - 180/30) will be fine to drop in on any year 7.3 Powerstroke but in a race tune with high pulse width, will likely not sustain ICP. 200-205cc Hybrid injectors generally do not require an HPOP upgrade.

Can I do a stock tune with bigger injectors?

You can;t do a stock tune unless you can fool the ecu into thinking it is getting more or less air. If you throw in bigger injectors it will hold that injector open for the same amount of time as the smaller injectors and it will dump TONS of fuel in.
