I trying to educate myself, there is Innov-is, PE,LB, SE, Quattro, etc and they all have numbers. Is there any easy way to understand how they get compared to to each other?

Nessa, what I know is that they are only names that Brother gave to different machines and do not mean anything more.

These are like different models of that cars such a GM, Chrysler, etc given to different car models.

The best way to compare various machines is to see the specs on various internet sites for example Brother international.When you get one that does exactly what you want after that perhaps you can google that name and find reviews etc.
