Coworkers are typically fantastic and make shifts enjoyable, and the work itself isn't too bad. That being said, I think Ross would be a phenomenal place to work if management had a reality check: expect higher-ups infighting (petty disputes and passive aggressiveness between managers which inevitably makes it everybody's problem), at-will schedule changes (being told to stay for 3 extra hours per day for the entire week without any notice whatsoever), barely any training (more of a sink-or-swim approach), and general chaos. Also, anticipate being called in whenever you have a day off and an influx of constant shipments that exceed those during the typical holiday season.
