Flavorless rice paste
Every commercial pizza baker seems to use this crust and it's awful. Bland, flavorless, gluey rice paste texture when baked, that sticks to the roof of your mouth no matter the toppings. Hard to tell the difference between cardboard your pizza comes in and an Udi's baked crust.
Did you change the crust?
I don't like to leave a negative review, but you seemed to have changed the pizza crusts for the worse. The previous version was much better. I hope that you'll make the previous version available again.

I'm sorry but this "pizza crust" was absolutely horrible. I couldn't even cut the crust and it had no taste. I ate less than half and threw the rest away. The 2nd uncooked crust got tossed also. I am so disappointed in Udi's. This does not seem to fit the rest of their quality products.
Where is the Udi Crusts?
We have pizza every Friday, and my daughter and I love your crusts. I can't find them in Las Vegas anymore. They are not at Sprouts, WinCo, WalMart or Target anymore. We are down to only a few left. Where can I purchase them in Las Vegas?
What have you done to the Pizza crust!
What happenned? this is now the worst pizza crust I have ever tasted! I could not even chew on it. It was so hard. You put too much tapioca starch in it (of course, it's cheaper!). I ended up throwing the crust in the compost. At least, it will have a second chance to be usefull.
Fabulous Crust!
My family and I love Udi's Pizza Crusts. They're chewy, flavorful, and the perfect size for a personal pizza. They're also better than any GF pizza crust I've had at a restaurant. The big question is this: Where are they? I can't find them in stock in any of the many stores where I shop or online.
Please don't stop making these!
These are perfect for the gf BBQ chicken pizza I make. Even friends have started to buy them (who aren't gf) to make their own!

In 2012, Udi’s Healthy Foods was bought for $125 million dollars by Smart Balance, Inc. In 2015 Smart Balance, Inc was then bought by Pinnacle Foods for about $985 million dollars and in 2018 Pinnacle Foods was bought by Conagra Brands, for $10.8 billion dollars.
Is Udi a leader in gluten free?
This is about respect for the celiac community (and Udi’s total lack of said respect!) It’s about Udi’s being the so called “leader” in gluten-free foods, dominating the store shelves and then cheating their customers who depend on them. It’s about flat-out lying to the community for years and getting away with it.
