The fund was incepted in June 2003 and is managed by Lord, Abbett & Co. LLC. The objective of the fund is to seek the maximum amount of interest income exempt from federal income tax and high a level of interest income exempt from the personal income tax of its state as both are consistent with reasonable risk.
