With Shipt, you can choose from a selection of participating stores in your area. Once you’ve placed your order, a personal shopper will pick up your items, notify you of any out-of-stock products, update your order and deliver your groceries during a time slot that you select. Some locations also offer grocery pickup services.

Contact me: Your shopper will ask you about every item that is out of stock and offer substitutions suggestions. Choose for me: The shopper will use their best judgement to find a good substitute if none are available. They will only contact you as needed. Do not substitute: The shopper will not look for substitutes.

What happens if the item I order is out of stock?

• Out of stock items - items that are out of stock in the store will be removed from the order, reducing the final charge. • Substitutions - if the item you requested is out of stock and an adequate substitution is selected by the shopper, you will be be charged for the price of the substituted item

If a qualifying item turns out to be out of stock, the coupon will unfortunately not be applied. However, if a portion of the items are in stock, part of the coupon will still apply (e.g. If you use a Buy 2, get $2 coupon and there’s only 1 available, you will get $1 off).

Does Shipt accept Target gift cards?

To be used through Shipt, these cards must have a three digit CVC code, usually located on the back of the card. At this time, Shipt cannot accept store gift cards or Target REDcards, and the Target REDcard 5% discount cannot be applied to Shipt purchases.

When can you schedule a delivery?

Members can place a grocery order anytime at their convenience. Delivery windows are determined by shopper availability and you will see the Next Delivery time listed on the Shipt app when you create your order. Deliveries can be scheduled for as little as 1 hour after you place your order and our shoppers are available whenever the store is open.

How will my shopper deliver my items?

You’ll be able to choose between drop-off and in-person delivery on the checkout page when placing an order. Regardless of your delivery preference, you’ll get an email and text when your order has arrived.

How much do I tip?

Tips are not required but are greatly appreciated. If you choose to tip, you can add a tip when placing your order by choosing a preselected or custom amount. You may also tip in cash or within the app after you receive your delivery. No matter which method you choose, 100% of your tip will go to the shopper.

Do you use personal cars or Shipt vehicles?

Completely new to Shipt & grocery delivery, just looking for some info on Shipt

Hi, thinking about trying out shipt for a grocery delivery and just had a few questions if anyone wants to help out. Thanks in advance :)

Why no delivery windows available?

Anyone know why today, for the first time in over a year that I've been ordering through Shipt, there's no same day delivery windows in my area? I switched over from Amazon Prime because of the lack of quick delivery windows and Shipt has been super reliable. Then all of a sudden, it's not. Seems weird.

Quick question for shoppers

I had an order through Target yesterday. My shopper texted he had to drop off another order before mine which was odd. Are you allowed to do that? I think he gave the other house a couple of my bags because many items are missing. Is it unreasonable to ask for those items to be delivered today? I can't make a new order because it's less than $35.
