I haven't seen anything like that but have you seen a crossover stock? they're made to shoot off one shoulder but aim from the opposite eye e.g. shoulder on the right and sight with your left eye.

Muddy, I posed this question myself a while back. and found that Boydes certainly do a left handed stock to suit a right handed action. "Boyds'® Replacement stocks come in a variety of makes and models for the Left Hand shooter.

A mate of mine, when we were kids, used to shoot left handed, or I should say left eyed, but used his right hand at the trigger.
