I'm going to short barrel rifle (LEGALLY) a recently purchased PPS43-C from Royal Tiger (Interordinance). I've looked at the way the stock is 'pinned' and can think of multiple ways to do it, be I want to do it the best agreed upon way.

How is it pinned? Can the pin job be undone without destroying the stock? Can you post a pic of place where its pinned?

I don't have the link right off hand, but there are a few folks over at www.theakforum.net who have done this, both by using the parts from a demilled parts kit, and by cutting and welding. It looks to be fairly easy, especially if you use a demilled parts kit for the donor parts.
