You can only request to have your prescription delivered when it has been filled and is ready for pickup. You can request delivery by calling the store, selecting your delivery options within the CVS Pharmacy app or through a link via an "order ready" text message.
Will my insurance plan affect my ability to have my order delivered?
Yes. Delivery is not available for certain insurance and prescription benefit plans, including Medicare Part B. Call your local pharmacy for additional details or to check your prescription's delivery eligibility.
Does someone need to be home to receive the delivery?
No. You don't need to be home. The delivery will be left in your mailbox or at a safe place at your delivery address.
