How does StockX track my order?
StockX uses UPS exclusively for all their orders. Once the seller drops off the packaged order and UPS scan the barcode, your order is in the StockX system. This all happens automatically. Once UPS and StockX register your order, you’ll receive an email notification informing you of that. But that’s not where the tracking ends.

Where is the DEFECT??!!
StockX failed my verification for a "DEFECT" but they didn't even take it out of the plastic bag. It was still sealed, this is how they sent it back to me.
