I bought this kit and noticed that unless I grind the mounting bracket on the side it does not sit straight up and down. Is this normal? Also are you supposed to have a mounting screw on the bottom? I assume if so you would have to drill into the metal mounting bracket? Wish instructions were a little clearer. Thanks for the help
No drilling is required for the kit to fit. Just the upper bolt will be used with the updated pump.
