IMHO the only reason to purchase a P Stock is if you are cool with spending alot of money and are prepared to wait for close to a year. With P Stock it's all about building it exactly as you wish with pickups, color, weight, neck and on and on. You gotta want something really unique and if so, buy it and wait.

Yes, they are different instruments , but no PRS PS guitar imho, is worth twice that of a custom shop guitar by any of the other big makers. And yes, PRS probably has the most incredible builders in the PS dept., the most insane woods, and their artistry is way out there in stratosphere without question.
