If you run the .020 washers with less than 19* of timing the spray pattern shouldn't walk out of the piston bowl too much.

The 800hp marked has been achieved twice with 181 delivery valves, but the laser cut delivery valves will allow more pressurized fuel into the lines before the injection cycle ends. I don't think your going to gain the extra 50hp from just delivery valves without allowing more rack travel. It doesn't always matter how much fuel the pump can push, the injectors are still the bottleneck in the injection system.
