Green Guard lockout, no reply from CS
Coming up on 72 hours now I've been unable to access my account. It keeps prompting me for a Green Guard access code, but isn't sending an email. Nothing in spam or deleted. I've sent 3 requests to support and none were even acknowledged let alone replied to.
