Is kimsufi a good company?
Happy with the servers purchased from Kimsufi, HDDs are well used in and network performance is good. Be aware it's only 100mb network and setup fees are steep in my case the setup fees where more then the server rental cost. The only part of Kimsufi that let me down was their support, but apart from that excellent service. Awfull! Awfull!!
Why is kimsufi stock so low?
Well, Kimsufi gets old hardware from SYS. Means you likely can't buy it anymore, hence Kimsufi has a limit capacity until they run out of hardware + if something breaks, they need spare stocks. Due to that recent demand, they are getting less and less restocked.

Refund after order cancelation
first kimsufi did not delivered the order (privde the server). then after order cancel they did not refund the amount of full year (192 euros). Kimsufi is just a group of scammers. I work for an organization, and its my 1 months salary they steal from me.

Been waiting for over 2 weeks for 5 servers that i paid for, no response to any of my tickets or information for my servers. Edit: Been nearly a month now, paid ages ago and they wont reply to any of my tickets (They just keep closing them) and no sign of any of my 5 servers. Support is a disaster
Support is a disaster, for 9 days I've been trying to resolve a billing problem, I have now receiving 2 bills for servers I did not order and which are not accessible to me. The support team is incapable of understanding the issues and it doesn't seem to be a priority for them to cancel the payments (319 euros in total). Up till 9 days ago I would have happily recommended kimsufi but when they start automatically charging your credit card it's only a matter of time till I'll have to cancel everything..
Absolute Scam
I spent $60 on a server and they said they would email me information on how to access my server which would be activated in a day. I received the email saying my server was activated but never received the email with information on how to access it. I emailed them for weeks and received no response. My payment was basically like a donation.
Awfull!
Awfull!! There is no support whatsoever. It is like talking to a dog! If you want a really cheap server use Online/Scaleway.
Great servers but HELLISH support
Great servers, OVH quality as expected but support is the worse I've ever seen. These clowns will actually tell you to cancel your server if you are not happy with the smallest things. They are cocky due to their value. Great servers. It's insane. I am now with another provider with lesser quality server and speeds but man the support is GOLD.
