I would say you have two options, You can take it to the dealer and have it disconnected, or you can go to an aftermarket car stereo/alarm store they will install an aftermarket alarm and disable your stock one at the same time, for probably about as much as the dealer would charge to just disable it.

There is obviously a draw from somewhere, and if your dealer doesn't have a mechanic who knows how to narrow it down to the circuit causing the problem, then I'd question there ability. With that said, when all else fails, you simply remove negative connection off battery first, then positive.

Look for alarm Brain box and look for wires coming out black and red going to valet switch. to turn valet on turn ignition in ON position and press-switch or flip depending on the type of switch. if the door ajar light is on then get a can of PB BLASTER at your local parts store and spray all the door latch assembleys really good and open and close each door about ten to fifteen times this will usually free up the ajar switch

I have seen starter solenoids weld them selves closed to where the starter is constantly engaged. I would suggest removing the starter and having it tested.
